Return and Refund Policy

At Songkyo, we’ve crafted each product to deliver exceptional results with complete transparency. We hope you love our products as much as we do! However, if you wish to return an item, just reach out, and we’ll handle everything for you.

We offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

You received the wrong product

You received a damaged product

You received an expired product

If any of the above applies, please submit a return or replacement request within 7 days of delivery. To do so, email us at songkyolifestyle@gmail.com

After 3 days from delivery, no returns or claims will be accepted.

Please allow us 48 hours to review your request. Once approved, we’ll initiate a reverse pickup, and our courier partner will collect the order from your doorstep.

Upon receiving your returned item, our service team will verify the issue. If confirmed, a refund will be processed within 24 hours. And the mode of refund will be NEFT
